Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is expanding its battery energy storage projects in the UK with two new sites: Coalburn 2 in South Lanarkshire and Devilla in Fife. Both will have 500MW capacities, making them Europe's largest battery storage projects. With an £800m investment, CIP’s portfolio now totals 1.
