Satvik Green Energy Files IPO for Rs 1,150 Crore

Satvik Green Energy, a Haryana-based Solar Panel maker, has filed with Sebi to raise Rs 1,150 crore via an IPO. The offer consists of Rs 850 crore from a fresh share issue and Rs 300 crore from an offer for sale by promoters. Proceeds will reduce debt, fund a new 4 GW Solar Plant in Odisha, and support its subsidiary. The company currently has a 1.8 GW capacity.
