CERC Approves Transmission Charges for Khavda Renewable Project
The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) approved transmission charges for a 7 GW Renewable Energy evacuation project in Gujarat’s Khavda zone. Developed by Khavda IV-E2 Power Transmission Ltd., the project follows a transparent competitive bidding process. Power Grid Corporation of India won with the lowest bid of ₹932.07 million, supporting India’s Renewable Energy goals.
