NTPC Green aims for 60 GW renewable capacity

NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) launched its ₹10,000 crore IPO to fund its ambitious expansion. With a current 3,300 MW capacity, it plans to reach 19,000 MW by 2027 and 60 GW by 2032. The IPO proceeds will help clear debt and support further growth. NGEL’s portfolio includes large renewable projects in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and other states, aiming for 26,071 MW total capacity.
