India and Russia are intensifying their nuclear energy partnership with plans for six new high-capacity nuclear units and smaller plants. During Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Russia, discussions also included the development of Russia's Northern Sea Route for energy supply to Indian ports and collaboration in quantum computing and nuclear fusion.
