Hyundai aims to challenge China's Battery dominance with 300Wh/kg LFP EVs
Hyundai Motor aims to strengthen its EV market position by developing ultra-high-capacity Lithium Iron phosphate (LFP) Batteries with an Energy Density of 300 Wh/kg. Collaborating with LG Energy Solution, Samsung SDI, and SK On, Hyundai seeks to surpass industry leaders like CATL and BYD, reducing reliance on Chinese manufacturers while enhancing the efficiency and affordability of its EV models.
