GERC updates for Net Metering Regulations for Rooftop Solar upto 100kW

GERC has updated Net Metering Regulations for Rooftop Solar PV Systems. Amendments require annual updates on distribution transformer capacities for installations up to 6 kW covered by licensee's costs; Installations from 6 kW to 100 kW bear System Strengthening Charges per kW. Timely approvals and adherence to timelines are crucial, aiming to boost Solar Energy integration efficiently in Gujarat.
