Coal India and partners invest Rs 3,095 crore to boost fertilizer production.

Coal India, GAIL India, and Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers will invest Rs 3,095 crore in their Odisha fertilizer joint venture. GAIL and RCF are putting in 17.3 billion rupees, while Coal India is investing 13.64 billion rupees to maintain their 31.85% stakes in Talcher Fertilizers. Coal India's investment awaits federal cabinet approval due to investment limits, with a decision pending soon.
