China Surpasses 102 GW in New PV Installations in 1st half of 2024
China's National Energy Administration reported a robust growth in PV installations for the first half of 2024, adding 102.48 GW. The second quarter alone averaged over 17 GW per month. Despite predictions of slower growth compared to 2023, concerns persist over profitability for PV enterprises amid declining export values in the first half of the year.
