WindForce PLC has received Letters of Award from the Ceylon Electricity Board for 12 standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) projects, marking Sri Lanka’s first grid-scale standalone BESS programme. The projects total 120 MW / 480 MWh and will operate under a 15-year Build, Own, Operate model.
