WBERC Approves CESC’s 100 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid PPA at ₹3.75/kWh

CESC Limited received approval from the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (WBERC) for its Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Sprng Green Energy 5 Pvt. Ltd. for the long-term procurement of 100 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid (WSH) power. The project was awarded through a transparent tariff-based competitive bidding process for 600 MW hybrid capacity under the Ministry of Power’s guidelines.
