Waaree Transpower, subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd, will invest ₹192 crore to set up a state-of-the-art transformer manufacturing facility operational by April 2027. The 500 MVA, 400 kV facility will enable manufacturing across 132 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV voltage classes to meet growing demand from India's expanding transmission and renewable infrastructure.
