Indian manufacturer Waaree Energies will merge subsidiary Indosolar in a ₹9.5 billion (US$99 million) deal, announced Sept 24, 2026. Under the amalgamation, Indosolar will cease to exist and its shareholders will receive 1 Waaree Energies share for every 11 Indosolar shares held, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
