Waaree Energies rose 1.10% to Rs 2,594.70 after announcing the acquisition of 100% of Enel Green Power India for up to Rs 792 crore. Enel Green Power India operates a 640 MW Renewable Energy portfolio across India. The acquisition will diversify Waaree's revenue, strengthen Wind Project capabilities, and boost its IPP business growth.
