Mumbai-based Waaree Energies announced the acquisition of Kamath Transformers and Green New Delhi Forever Energy, both expected to close by FY26, to boost backward and forward integration. Kamath reported strong revenue growth, hitting ₹1,226.8 crore in FY24. Waaree posted FY25 revenue of ₹14,846.
