Vikran Engineering has acquired the remaining 51% stake in NOPL Solar Projects Pvt Ltd, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. NOPL is developing a 969 MW (AC) grid-connected solar project under Component C of the PM-KUSUM Scheme in Maharashtra. The acquisition, completed through a Share Purchase Agreement, strengthens Vikran Engineering’s renewable energy portfolio and supports its strategy of expanding into large-scale solar project development, operations, and maintenance while driving long-term business growth and diversification.
