Vestas has received an order to supply 21 V236-15.0 MW turbines for the 315MW Oga Katagami Akita Offshore Wind Project in Japan. The turbines will be delivered in 2026, with commissioning set for 2027 and commercial operations expected in 2028. This is Vestas' first order for the V236 model in Asia Pacific, including a long-term service agreement.
