Vesper Energy has secured $236 million financing for its 201 MW Nazareth Solar project in Texas, located in Swisher County. The utility-scale solar facility, spread across 2,400 acres, is expected to power about 53,000 homes annually and strengthen the ERCOT grid. Financing includes a construction-to-term loan and credit facility arranged by MUFG, with equity support from GCM Grosvenor and DBJ.
