V-Guard Industries has approved an additional investment of ₹25 crore in battery startup Gegadyne Energy Labs, increasing its stake from 24.32% to 30.35% on a fully diluted basis. Gegadyne is developing non-lithium battery technology offering lower total cost, longer life, faster charging, and improved safety.
