The $14 billion refinery owned by Canadian businessman Kevin O'Leary will be in a US state. Up to 400,000 barrels of crude oil per day are anticipated to be processed by the refinery daily. O'Leary has had discussions with several states, including Texas, North Dakota, and Wyoming. This refinery might greatly impact the US oil industry as it would be the first refiner built after 40 years in US.
