The Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC) has approved six transmission schemes worth ₹567.21 crore to strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s power network, improve reliability, and support rising industrial and urban electricity demand. The projects include RTM, TBCB, and deposit-mode schemes covering substation augmentation, new transmission lines, and system upgrades.
