UPERC has approved PPAs for 110 MW grid-connected solar projects in Uttar Pradesh with tariffs starting at ₹2.65/kWh. The projects include a 75 MW solar plant in Kanpur Dehat and a 35 MW plant at Kanpur Nagar Solar Park, awarded to Vedu Infrastructure through competitive bidding. The Commission approved fixed tariffs for 25 years and directed developers to use ALMM-listed solar modules and cells.
