Unimot Energia i Gaz and 3T Office Park SA have signed a four-year corporate PPA to supply renewable energy to a Gdynia office complex. The deal will cover over 70% of the building’s energy demand using a mix of solar and wind power. The agreement ensures price stability, supports decarbonisation, and enhances ESG compliance for tenants.
