Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited has issued a tender for a 60 MW/150 MWh Battery Energy Storage System across three locations in Uttarakhand on a BOOT basis. The project includes BESS installations near Dhakrani, Tiloth, and Khatima HEPs, supported by Viability Gap Funding. Bids close on February 25, 2026.
