TVS Srichakra’s subsidiary TVS Sensing Solutions has signed an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in Pune-based EV technology company Weber Drivetrain for ₹1.43 crore. The acquisition aims to strengthen TVS’s electronics capabilities in electric mobility and will be completed within six months.
