Trina Solar has received approval to build the 500MW/1,000MWh Kiewa Valley BESS in Victoria’s Ovens Murray Renewable Energy Zone. The AU$453 million project supports Victoria’s goal of 95% renewable energy by 2035 and forms part of its China Strategy, encouraging Chinese clean energy investment.
