ThunderPlus and Turno have partnered to deploy 1 MW ultra-fast charging stations along major Indian highways, starting with the Hyderabad-Vizag corridor. Part of ThunderPlus’ ‘One District, One Thunder’ initiative, the plan aims to boost electric mobility for heavy vehicles. Turno’s Electrigo subsidiary targets replacing 10 crore diesel bus kilometers with electric alternatives by 2026, accelerating India’s shift to Sustainable Transport.
