Netherlands-based TNO has launched Perovion Technologies, a spin-off focused on flexible perovskite solar cells. The company aims to industrialize lightweight, roll-to-roll solar cells suitable for roofs, façades, vehicles, and heritage buildings. Perovion plans the world’s first roll-to-roll perovskite factory in the Netherlands by 2030, collaborating with investors and industrial partners for scalable, faster production.
