Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) has re-invited bids for a Green Hydrogen Generation unit (GHGU) at its Assam refinery. The 10,000 tons per annum project will be executed on a build, own, and operate (BOO) basis. The selected developer will design, construct, operate, and maintain the facility and sign a 25-year Green Hydrogen Purchase Agreement (GHPA) with NRL.
