Tindo Solar has secured a AUD 34.5 million ($22.34 million) grant under Australia’s AUD 1 billion Solar Sunshot program to expand production at its Adelaide facility from 20 MW to 180 MW annually. The funding, including a manufacturing production credit and capital grant, will support automation, development of n-type solar modules, and a 1 GW gigafactory feasibility study.
