Thyssenkrupp Nucera has completed the acquisition of key technology assets from Denmark’s Green Hydrogen Systems, including intellectual property and a test facility with a full-size prototype in Skive. This deal, finalized after regulatory and court approvals, enhances thyssenkrupp nucera’s capabilities in alkaline water electrolysis (AWE), particularly in pressurized solutions up to 35 bar for industrial hydrogen use.
