The 4-hour Rotterdam based S4 energy is commissioned with capacity of 10MW/40 MWh BESS in Rilland, Netherlands. The system that is commonly used to frequency Regulation the discharges of 4 hours distinguish it from other systems. The Project also suffers from the mismatch between sustainable energy generation & demand.
