The Telangana Government plans to install Solar Power Plants in agricultural fields, aiming for 4,000 Megawatts of capacity by March next year. Under the PM KUSUM scheme, farmers can set up Solar Plants independently or with partners. This initiative, managed by TGREDCO, aims to increase farmers' self-reliance on power and boost their income through electricity sales.
