OMV is building a 140 MW green hydrogen plant in Bruck an der Leitha, Austria, set to operate by the end of 2027. It will produce 23,000 tons of green hydrogen annually, reducing refinery emissions by up to 150,000 tons per year. The project, among Europe's largest, involves a consortium with Siemens Energy and STRABAG, backed by European funding.
