Praveer Sinha, CEO and MD of Tata Power said that the company plans to invest Rs. 1.46 lakh cr to double its operational capacity to 32 GW by 2030 which currently stands at 15.6 GW. Out of this renewables will have a major share of 23 GW. The company also plans to increase its capacity in Transmission segment and plans to reach a consumer base of 40 million from 12.
