Tata Power plans to establish a 10GW wafer and ingot manufacturing facility, marking its entry into this segment. The company currently has 4.9GW of integrated solar cell and module capacity and produced 928MW of cells and 970MW of modules in Q2 FY26. The move supports India’s goal of localizing the solar supply chain.
