Pine Wind Power Co., Ltd has signed an agreement to acquire Macquarie Asset Management’s 26% equity and debt interest in the 376 MW Formosa 2 offshore wind farm in Taiwan. Supported by J&V Energy partners Taiwan Life Insurance Co Ltd and He Jun Energy Co Ltd, the acquisition marks J&V Energy's first operational wind farm investment in Taiwan.
