Swelect Energy Systems’ wholly owned subsidiary, SWELECT SolarKraft Pvt. Ltd., will acquire a 49% equity stake in Gridnex Solar Power Pvt. Ltd. for ₹4.31 crore in cash. The investment aims to strengthen Swelect’s solar power portfolio and support long-term business growth. Gridnex is developing 80 MW of grid-connected solar projects under the PM KUSUM-C scheme in Madhya Pradesh.
