Sunsure commissions 82.5 MWp Open-access Solar Plant in Uttar Pradesh

Sunsure Energy has commissioned an 82.5 MWp open access solar power plant in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh—its tenth in the state—boosting its total capacity there to 260 MWp. The plant will generate 12.8 crore units annually, offsetting 2.2 million tonnes of CO₂e over its lifetime. Supplying power to industries like Haldiram’s and APL Apollo, Sunsure supports Uttar Pradesh’s green energy goals.
