Sun Mobility in an event in Chennai showcased and explained how can their battery-swapping technology for HEVs can lower initial EBus cost by 40% and can also decrease the downtime, reducing operating costs by up to 20%. More than 10,000 requests were made for electric buses as a result of the displayed technology, in the event attended by 100+ private bus operators.
