Sterlite Grid 32 Ltd successfully raised Rs 2,450 crore through listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) from NaBFID and IIFCL to refinance its Mumbai Urja Marg project. This marks the company's first NCD issuance post-joint venture with GIC of Singapore. The funding will enhance the project's capacity to transmit over 2,000 MW of additional power to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
