Statcon Energiaa has secured an order from L&T Electrolysers to supply 4 MW high-power rectifiers for Indian Oil Corporation’s (IOCL) 10 kTPA green hydrogen plant at the Panipat Refinery in Haryana. Developed by L&T Energy GreenTech, the project is scheduled for commissioning by December 2027 and will be India’s largest refinery-based green hydrogen facility.
