South Korea’s KOEN and the Saemangeum Development Agency have signed an MoU to develop an integrated green hydrogen complex in Saemangeum. The proposed 10.1-square-kilometre project will combine 1 GW of onshore solar capacity, 320 MW of water electrolysis and 100 MW of hydrogen-based power generation.
