Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited has secured two BESS EPC contracts worth around ₹283 crore from NTPC Limited under Lot-2. The projects involve deploying battery storage at two thermal power stations to enhance grid flexibility. A 50 MW/100 MWh system will be installed at Feroze Gandhi Unchahar Thermal Power Station, valued at ₹108.
