Solaria Energia y Medio Ambiente SA has reached a preliminary agreement with Banco Sabadell for up to EUR 93.5 million in long-term financing for a 175 MW Solar Project in central Spain. The syndicated project finance will support the Oliva Solar project in Guadalajara. Part of its 70 MW output will supply a data centre under a self-consumption model.
