Slovenia’s state-owned utility, Holding Slovenske Elektrarne (HSE), will build a 140 MW floating solar power plant on Druzmir Lake, generating around 140 GWh annually—enough to power 35,000 households. The project, costing approximately €100 million, will be financed through HSE’s own funds, loans, and EU support.
