Shakti Pumps (India) Ltd invested additional ₹5 crore equity in wholly owned subsidiary Shakti EV Mobility Pvt Ltd, raising cumulative investment to ₹80 crore from ₹75 crore. Subsidiary manufactures EV motors, controllers, BMS and chargers for two- and three-wheelers. Investment is part of board-approved phased ₹114.
