Seriti Green, the Renewable Energy arm of Seriti Resources, secured $295.6 million to fund its 155 MW Ummbila Emoyeni 3 wind project in Mpumalanga, South Africa. The project, creating over 800 jobs, is backed by R4.9 billion in debt and R330 million in equity, led by Standard Bank. Completion is expected in 2027.
