The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) launched Tranche-XIX for 600 MW ISTS-connected wind projects, requiring developers to establish plants and transmission networks at their cost. Each developer can bid 50–300 MW, with an additional 300 MW under the Greenshoe Option, choosing locations at their risk.
