SECI has issued the SECI-FDRE-IX tender to procure 1,200 MW of assured peak renewable power integrated with Energy Storage Systems (ESS), delivering 4,800 MWh daily for four peak hours. Developers must establish ISTS-connected renewable projects with mandatory storage and sign 25-year PPAs with SECI.
